When you order assembly services for your Sedona Island Package with Ice 'N Fire Pit from us, the procedures included with your purchase are full circle:

Your Service Technician on the Sedona Island Package will:

• Verify the location desired for your new Sedona Island Package
• Unpack the base and put it in the desired location (verify the base is level)
• Attach the sides and front of the island to the base (verify the island is level again)
• Attach the transformer to the back of the island
• Mount the drawer/door frame to the front panel
• Place the counter top on the completed island base
• Attach the side burner to manifold and attach the gas lines
• Place the side burner into the island
• Place the grill into the counter top
• Connect the gas line from the side burner to the grill
• Install the propane tank or natural gas flex line (supplied by customer) and check for leaks
• Plus wire connections to transformer and between the side burner and grill
• Slide in the refrigerator (check to make sure it's level) and plug it in
• Review the finished product with the customer to ensure everything is in working condition and completed in a satisfactory manner
• Remove and dispose of all installation related debris such as stainless steel protective film and zip ties, as well as the wooden pallets and wooden crates.

Your Service Technician for the Ice 'N Fire Pit will:

Ice ‘N Fire Pit Assembly Instructions:
• Unpack the table top and the base
• Remove all packing materials; tie down straps and any other packaging.
• Place the Ice ‘N Fire Pit base on a flat firm surface. (The Ice ‘N Fire Pit must be on solid ground or pavers so it will not sink over time.)
• Place the table top on top of the base, making sure the table top is centered properly. (will take two people)

Burner & Ignition Control Instructions:
• Install burner and burner pan in the table top opening and working from the base access door, connect the quick disconnect hose gas supply and the ignition electrode wire.

Media Installation Instructions:
• Install the burner pan as described above
• Add lava rocks and spread evenly to cover the entire burner assembly, and an additional ½ - 1” deep.
• Add river rocks in a single layer, to cover the lava rock
• Review the finished product with the customer and test the Ice ‘N Fire Pit
• Demonstrate the conversion from fire to refreshment bowl for customer and then re-assemble the fire option
• Remove and dispose of all installation related packaging and debris

*** Customer must provide the propane tank.

• You have purchased your product and inspected it upon delivery, as if it is damaged when the Service Technician arrives, it cannot be assembled and you may incur a trip charge of $89. You may also incur a trip charge if the grill island cannot be assembled for other reasons which are no fault of the Service Technician.
• A person over 18 years of age and able to make decisions is present during the time of the assembly.
• Additionally, a person able to authorize any additional charges, should they arise - and a Visa or Mastercard credit card to be processed by Lynx Home Services Group - must be present.
• The assembly area is free of debris and accessible.

Professional and Personable Service Technicians

A Service Technician who works in your community will be providing the service for your order. Each Service Technician has full on-site support to ensure the best assembly service possible. The Lynx Home Services Group has a credentialing process that all Service Technicians must fulfill. Applicants must register and provide proof they are insured and licensed where applicable, and must submit to a background check-- requirements that guarantee your Service Technician has been fully vetted.

You will be contacted by a representative within one business day of your purchase to verify your order. The Service Technician assigned to your order will then contact you to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you (usually one to two days in advance). For any customer service related issues, call toll-free, 888-338-6719.

This service is provided for the haul away of installation related debris and shipment packaging materials. If you are purchasing this service, please note that it does not include any assembly. This is for customers who wish to complete the Sedona by Lynx Island assembly on their own, and only require the haul away of installation and packaging materials.

Our roster of certified Service Technicians provides clean up and haul away services for your convenience. Call our customer service line at 888-338-6719 with any questions regarding your order. Representatives are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST to assist you.

Your Service Technician will:

• Clean up and dispose of any assembly related debris including the wooden pallets and wooden crate.

Any additional work outside the scope listed above will call for additional time and compensation for the Service Technician.
